At Kavanagh Giftware, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return items to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

How to Return Items

In-Store Returns (Free)

 

Items purchased online or in-store can be returned free of charge to our shop in Enniscorthy.

Please bring your order confirmation or receipt with you.

Postal Returns (Customer covers return postage)

 

If you cannot return in person, you can post your items back to us. Please include your name, order number, and contact details.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

If you paid with a gift voucher, your refund will be issued back to the same voucher.

Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days of receiving your return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following once opened or used:

Face coverings, earrings, cosmetics, personal care items

Gift hampers or food/perishable goods

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Condition of Returns

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Products that are damaged, used, or soiled may not be eligible for a refund.

This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Your Right to Cancel (EU Customers)

If you are purchasing online, the EU Consumer Rights Directive gives you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To cancel, please email us at info@kavanaghgiftware.ie with your order number.

You are responsible for the cost of returning items.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

Email us at info@kavanaghgiftware.ie with your order number and a photo where possible.

We will arrange a refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
